How Custom Travel Planning Works

  • 1. Planning Deposit

    Get started with a non-refundable $250* deposit. Deposit is applied to the final balance of your trip, when your trip is booked by us.
    (*Not required when duplicating an existing tour)

  • 2. Give us the Details

    Tell us about your trip in our custom trip planning brief. Receive an itinerary within 7 days. Itinerary can be modified free of charge up to 2 times.

  • 3. Take Your Trip!

    Leave it to us to make hotel and land bookings. Or, if you just needed ideas for a trip, take our itinerary and run, & make the bookings on your own. ✈️
