Not at all. In fact, most women join Damesly on their own and many arrive knowing no one else on the trip.

Some are the only travelers in their friend group. Others are partnered but want an adventure that's just for them. Many arrive knowing no one and up leaving with friendships that last long after the trip ends.

Yes. Every scheduled Damesly group trip is designed exclusively for women.

We've found that something special happens when women travel together. Many of our travelers tell us they feel more comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone, forming meaningful friendships, and simply being themselves in a women-only environment.

While our scheduled group trips are women-only, men are welcome to join our private trips when traveling with friends, family, or their own group.

Our trips are open to women 21+, though most travelers tend to be in their 40s-60s.

Our travelers come from all walks of life, but they tend to have a lot in common. They're curious, kind, adventurous, and excited to experience the world with like-minded women. If you love meaningful travel and genuine connection, you'll fit right in.

Our trips are intentionally small, with a minimum or 4 travelers and maximum of 12 travelers.

Smaller groups allow for a more personal experience, greater flexibility, and meaningful connections with both your fellow travelers and the local communities we visit.

Every itinerary is different, but most Damesly trips include:

• In-destination transportation

• Many meals
• Local guides and hosts
• A dedicated Damesly trip leader

International airfare is typically not included, giving you the flexibility to travel from the airport and airline that works best for you.

You can choose the room option that best fits your travel style.

Many trips offer both:

• Shared accommodations with a thoughtfully matched roommate
• Private accommodations for travelers who prefer their own space

If you choose a shared room and aren't traveling with a friend, we'll do our best to pair you with someone who has a similar travel style.

If you'd rather travel with your own group of friends, family, or organization, we can create a private experience tailored specifically to your interests, pace, and travel goals.

Yes! Trips can be reserved with a deposit, with the remaining balance spread out through flexible payment plans leading up to departure.

You'll also have access to your personal traveler portal where you can manage payments and view important trip information anytime.

We understand that life happens.

Because we make significant commitments with our local partners well before departure, cancellation policies vary based on when you cancel.

If you cancel 60 days or more before departure, your deposit may convert into travel credit (less any unrecoverable expenses). Cancellations made closer to departure generally aren't eligible for refunds or credits. Full details are available in our cancellation policy.

We require travel insurance for every international departure, and some trips require proof of coverage before travel.

Travel insurance helps protect your investment if the unexpected happens, from medical emergencies to flight delays or last-minute cancellations.

If you're considering Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, remember that many policies must be purchased within 21 days of making your initial trip payment.
