Mary didn't take her first flight until she was an adult, but has worked hard since then to make up for lost time, with 26 countries and 28 U.S. states under her belt so far. When not traveling, she is a full-time litigation paralegal, an urban chicken tender, and mom to two tween boys who love to travel as much as she does. Mary believes that travel expands and elevates life, so she started flying with her kids by the time they were each 3 months old. Like most people who live in the Pacific Northwest, she also loves hiking, nature, water activities, wine and gardening.
