Refund policy

Any initial tour deposits and payments made are non-refundable — but they may convert into credits if you cancel within an appropriate time frame (60 days or more). See our cancellation policy for more details. In certain situations, there may also be outstanding costs owed to us for things like flights incurred on your behalf that we cannot recoup.
